Nine years ago I made a wedding cake for my son. Guests at the wedding asked me to make their wedding cakes and from that the 'Cake Smith' began serving the Lake Orion and Clarkston areas, providing wedding cakes that are beautiful ~ and most important of all ~ taste wonderful!!
Most cakes average $2.50-$2.75 per slice and include torte-style layers with mousse filling, basic borders and decorations. Additions of fresh fruit, chocolate and fondant are priced to cover the cost of materials and required additional labor. Quotations happily given and honored at order with receipt of deposit.
There are some options including 'fake' cakes and sheet cakes for cutting behind the scenes to keep you within budget. Your day is special; if you're planning a wedding in Detroit's northwestern suburbs do call and ask questions. I'll work with you to insure your cake is unique and affordable.
